Before founding Hosperty, Zak held a commercial role at Heathrow Airport, managing a retail and F&B portfolio across four terminals serving 83 million passengers annually. He oversaw leasing strategies, optimized space usage, and drove revenue growth through data-driven decision-making and strong stakeholder collaboration.
